This stylish accessory tracks your steps, distance, calories burned, and more! It utilizes SmartTrack technology to automatically detect activities like running, sports, and aerobic workouts, then sends those exercise summaries to the Fitbit app for review. Additionally, the Flex 2 automatically measures your sleep quality and features a silent alarm that vibrates to wake you up, rather than an annoying beeping noise which could wake others. Featuring up to 50 meters of water resistant which allows the watch to track your pool swim, capture your laps, and calorie burn!

Battery and Power
Care
If Fitbit Flex gets wet or if you sweat in it, remove and completely dry the band before putting it back on. Give your wrist a rest by taking the band off every now and then, and regularly clean your band and wrist.
