COVID-19 Update

We will accept returns up to 30 days after our stores re-open their doors for those returns that would normally have fallen outside the first 30 day window after purchase. All other return policy requirements will still hold, but this will give our customer's a chance to return or exchange items that they were unable to due to the COVID-19 restrictions.

If you have mailed back a return on your order, it will take longer to process. Our associates health is very important to us and we have put in measures in order to reduce possible exposure. The returned packages will not be touched and will remain in place for up to 2 weeks, and then they will be processed for returns based on the normal return process procedures.

The best adventures require the right gear. Along with our Price & Performance Guarantee, we are happy to accept returns on merchandise that are new and unused, with original packaging, tags, and with proof of purchase.

Proof of Purchase includes:

  • Printed receipt
  • Email receipt
  • Customer phone number or email address provided at time of purchase

WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE

First 30 day: Credit card purchases will receive a refund back to the original card. Cash purchases over $350 and all check purchases will receive a refund by check after 10 business days.

30 to 90 day: Store credit will be issued. No exchanges after 90 days.

WITHOUT PROOF OF PURCHASE

We will not be able to process your return without proof of purchase for the item(s).

For your protection, no returns will be accepted on skateboards/longboards, climbing equipment, or used merchandise. Swimwear, underwear, and baselayer may be returned if unworn, unwashed, and unused with all tags still on the garment.

WARRANTY ITEMS

We are happy to provide customer support for warranty issues for any product we carry. Manufacturer’s warranty polices apply.

How Do I Return An Order?

Complete the Return Form or send back a copy of your Packing Slip.

Pack the item securely in the original packaging (include the tags if you still have them).

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. (Sorry, no COD deliveries.)

For your protection, we recommend that you use FedEx or Insured Parcel Post with tracking.

Keep a copy of the Return Tracking Number until your order payment has been credited to your account.

A return authorization number is required for all bike, bike frame and bike part returns to insure proper packaging and shipping standards for your protection. Call us at 866-786-3869 to receive a return authorization number. Read more about returning Bikes, Frames and Bike Parts..

You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer defect or a shipping error on our part.

In addition to being able to return an item via FedEx/MAIL, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges at any Sun & Ski retail location.

How do I Exchange an Order?

In order to make an exchange, place a new order on our website. When your return arrives, we will issue a full refund, minus any shipping charges, to your credit card.
