The Marin Rift Zone 29er XC7 Full Suspension Mountain Bike is designed and built for long-distance and adventure riders and racers. Offering short-travel, air-sprung suspension, with 100mm of travel front and rear, and 29-inch wheels. Design features include cross-country (XC) geometry, lightweight but trail-worthy components, and through-axles front and rear. The QUAD 3 suspension system effectively separates pedaling forces from terrain input for greater efficiency. Upgrades to this model include a Rock Shox Reba RL fork and a lockout on the Monarch rear shock. Shimano's Deore and SLX components cover the drivetrain, and Shimano's new Deore hydraulic disc brakes share many of the performance features with the higher end XT and XTR units. The Folding bead tires reduce weight.
