Been riding for almost 25 years. 170lbs, 5'10" size 9.5 US men's boot. Have about 25 days down on this board now on K2 Thraxis boots and Rome Black Label bindings. This thing is a ripper. Edge hold on hardpack/ice while at high speed is this boards best strength. It does have above-average float in powder as well so great for the sneaky pow days. Very stiff and stable at speed but not extremely damp. Lively enough underfoot to get tighter turns in the trees and tighter pencil line carves on the groomers. Can feel a bit of chatter resonate underfoot on corn/gravel snow conditions but the stiffness still keeps it stable. Carves hard and rips fast but with some extra quiver killing aspects.

Have ridden a number of NS boards over the years, most recently a proto type 2. Wanted something better in powder and more stable at speed, the Valhalla delivers, and then some. Great float in powder and fun surfy but stable feel. Holds an edge on ice wonderfully well. Charges through chop and variable conditions. Do it all board for someone like me who no longer rides park and just wants to go fast down big stuff and trees. Got the 2024 season model, all my riding this year has been at Palisades Tahoe. 6'0" 185lbs and the 160 feels good, could probably go a size up for even harder charging, but I like how quick this one turns.

Been riding 12 years. Have ridden numbers of NS & Nitro boards. I wanted a board with a more directional shap for poping,butter,carving . Finally, I found my dreaming board, Neversummer Valhalla

I can't wait to take this board up to the mountains! I love this graphic. This is now my 3rd Never Summer board and I'm Stoked to have added it to my collection. This board rips the mountain and handles like a dream!

Rode this last spring chasing the last of the pow up in BC. Not quite sure yet but it's in the running for the best free ride board I've ever had. Stable, amazing float and also nimble. Can't wait to get it in a bit more varied terrain. CAN'T wait to get back on it.

Neversummer, you guys killed it with this board! Thanks for hooking it up with the 164 Valhalla. I have many NS planks in my quiver and also jones, bataleon, and DC. I am stoked y'all made a triple camber fusion board. It feels like a swift on steroids to me. This is one of my favorite planks to ride and it could be a quiver killer for many people. The 164 is a little beefy for tight trees and short turns, a smaller size would be more ideal in that regard. However, I got the 164 specifically for steep icy conditions in the areas that I ride and it handles way better than any of my other boards in these conditions. Absolute pow slasher too. Keep up the fantastic work, Neversummer!!! Y'all rock!!!

This board gives me stupid confidence. I ride faster and carve harder than my other NS boards. Now I have the hard choice of which to ride?. PUL or the Valhalla!! Guess you know what I ride more now.

Edge hold like I've never felt before... It must be the Triple Camber. I ride several NS models including the Swift, Chairman, Big Gun, PT2 and a few others. Chairman is my favorite because of my hard charging freeride style until I jumped on the Valhalla. I compared the Valhalla to my friend's TwentyFive (one of the best shapes and boards NS ever made) and it looks like an upgraded version of it in my opinion. Feels super stable at the highest speeds and can absorb any thing in your way. I don't know that I have my stance dialed yet as I felt a bit slow on my trasitions in the old ridden-in bumps in the trees but I'm sure with some small tweaks that will come. Thanks NS for this beaut!

I had the opportunity to ride the Valhalla, I had high expectations, since I currently ride an FR and Ultra limited, it exceeded my expectations. The triple camber holds the edge as you drive this machine fast and furious through any terrain, there is nothing it can't handle. Transfering from edge to edge is effortless and quicker than anything I've ridden. At high speed (68mph) the Valhalla actually feels so stable that it makes riding it effortless, . I've never felt more in control going super fast in powder/trees. The Valhalla really can do it all, I look forward to adding this board to my quiver with the rest of my NS collection. I look forward to. Vince and the teams future innovations.
