It features a removable, water resistant rib knit hem that functions as a powder skirt but also gives an additional 3" of length. Remove the powder skirt for trips around town, for a more flattering shorter length jacket. Warmth is provided from Allied Feather and Down's responsibly sourced 700 Fill Power duck down insulation.
