During peak season, mounting skis and snowboards typically takes 1-2 weeks. If you need a faster turnaround, feel free to speak to an in-store Outdoor Expert or call your local store to see if we can expedite your service.
Do I need to make an appointment?
No appointment is necessary, but you can always call ahead to check on wait times.
What if I bought my equipment online?
Simply bring in your proof of purchase - whether it’s a printed receipt or an email receipt. No receipt? No problem! Just provide the phone number or email address used for the purchase, and we can retrieve it for you. Don’t forget to grab your lifetime wax sticker while you're here!

What do I need to bring to get my equipment set up?
Make sure to bring your ski boots (both of them), skis or snowboard, and bindings.
What if my skis came with the bindings already attached (system ski)?
No problem! Just bring your boots and your skis, and we’ll handle the setup and safety check to ensure everything is good to go.
