Helmet Size & Fit Guide

Wrap a soft measuring tape around your head, just above your eyebrows and ears. Keep the tape level and measure around the widest part of your head.

The helmet should sit level on your head and low on the forehead, about one finger width above the eyebrows. It should fully cover the back of your head.

A properly fitting helmet should feel snug without pressure points and should not wobble or shift when fastened.

With the helmet secured, gently shake your head side to side. The helmet should move with your head, not independently.
