Proper glove fit improves comfort, control, and grip while riding. Bike gloves should fit snugly without restricting movement or circulation.

Measure around the widest part of your palm, just below the knuckles. Do not include your thumb. Keep the measuring tape snug but not tight.

For a more precise fit, measure from the base of your palm to the tip of your middle finger. Use this measurement if provided by the manufacturer.

Cycling gloves are designed to fit close to the hand. They should feel secure without pinching, bunching, or cutting off circulation.

For full-finger gloves, fingers should fully extend without pulling at the fingertips. The glove should not feel tight across the fingers when gripping the handlebars.
