For best results, measure over lightweight clothing using a soft measuring tape. Keep the tape snug but not tight.

1. Waist: Measure around your natural waist, typically the narrowest part of your torso.
2. Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
3. Inseam: Using your best fitting pants, measure from the crotch seam down the inside of the leg to the bottom edge of the hem. For the most accurate measurement, lay the garment flat and measure along the inside leg seam.
