Official Rules — Sun & Ski Sports Email Signup Giveaway

Eligibility
The Sun & Ski Sports Email Signup Giveaway ("Promotion") is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Retail Concepts, Inc. (d/b/a Sun & Ski Sports), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (CT) on November 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on November 30, 2025 (the "Promotion Period"). All entries must be received during the Promotion Period to be eligible.
How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, sign up for the Sun & Ski Sports email newsletter at www.sunandski.com or through any participating Sun & Ski Sports signup form. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address. Duplicate entries will be void. Proof of submission (such as screenshots) is not proof of receipt by Sponsor.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive a $500 Sun & Ski Sports Gift Card. The gift card is subject to all standard terms and conditions of use. No cash value. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash redemption will be permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All federal, state and local taxes and any other expenses not specified herein are the winner’s responsibility.
Winner Selection & Notification
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about December 5, 2025 from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The potential winner will be notified by email using the contact information provided at entry. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond to notification within five (5) business days, is ineligible, or otherwise does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from remaining eligible entries.
Optional Extra Entry via SMS
Participants are not required to use SMS to enter the Promotion. However, signing up for SMS messages from Sun & Ski Sports during the Promotion Period grants one (1) additional entry into the giveaway. Standard message and data rates may apply. The extra entry is subject to the same Official Rules and eligibility requirements as all other entries.
General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Retail Concepts, Inc. d/b/a Sun & Ski Sports, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all liability arising from or in connection with participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to this Promotion.
Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, city and state of residence, and entry for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation.

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sun & Ski Sports’ Privacy Policy available at https://www.sunandski.com/privacy-policy.
Limitations of Liability
The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, or undeliverable entries; or for electronic, network, computer, hardware or software malfunctions, failures, or errors; or for any typographical or other error in the printing, offering, or administration of the Promotion or in the announcement of the prize. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor may modify or terminate the Promotion and award prizes from eligible entries received prior to the event causing the termination, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Governing Law
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to choice of law principles.

Consent to Receive Email
By participating in the Giveaway, you will OPT-IN to receive email or other communications from the Sponsor and any affiliated partners. You may subsequently opt-out of the receipt of such email or communications by following the directions in the email or contacting that site. Your opt-out status will not affect your participation or chances to win in the Giveaway. During the Giveaway Period, however, you may nevertheless receive emails, which the Sponsor deems are related to the Giveaway and related programs.
General Conditions
All Federal, state and local laws and regulations are applicable. All taxes (including, but not limited to, income taxes), and any and all service charges or fees applicable to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize winner may be required to execute (and have notarized) an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and a Publicity Release ("Affidavit/Release") which must be returned to and received by the Sponsor or their third party service provider within ten (10) days from the winner’s receipt of the Affidavit/Release. The prize winner will also be required to send the Sponsor appropriate proof of age. Any failure to comply with the foregoing will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be chosen. Return of the prize, the prize notification, or the Affidavit/Release as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. The winner's entry into the Giveaway and/or acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its affiliates to use the winner's name, address (city and state) and/or likeness for advertising and trade purposes without further compensation, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known and hereafter devised, including without limitation in the Sponsor’s newsletters, on the Sponsor’s website located at www.sunandski.com, or the Sponsor’s Facebook Page at www.facebook.com/sunandskisports. All entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Giveaway and any person who does not comply with these Official Rules will be ineligible for the prize and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
THE TEXAS COURTS (STATE AND FEDERAL) SHALL HAVE SOLE JURISDICTION OF ANY CONTROVERSIES REGARDING THE GIVEAWAY AND THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF TEXAS SHALL GOVERN THE GIVEAWAY. EACH ENTRANT WAIVES ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONS TO JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN THOSE COURTS AND HEREBY SUBMITS TO THE JURISDICTION OF THOSE COURTS.
If, for reasons beyond the Sponsor’s control, the Giveaway is not capable of running as originally planned, such as tampering or bugs or infection by computer virus, the Sponsor at its sole discretion, reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the Giveaway, without liability. The Sponsor is not responsible for their own, their third-party service provider's, or any entrant's computer system, hardware, software, or program malfunction or other errors, failures, delayed computer or email transmissions, or network connections that are either human or technical in nature.
This Giveaway is void where prohibited.
Disclaimers
All Giveaway entrants agree that the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, sales representatives, distributors, advertising, and promotional agencies, and each of their officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively "Sponsor Affiliates"), shall not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance or use, including misuse, of the prize, or any entrant's participation in the Giveaway, or any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, transmission line, computer system or network, computer equipment, hardware, software, or any combination thereof, or any entries that are late (including delayed data transmissions), tampered with, garbled, incomplete, misdirected, lost, mutilated, delayed, corrupted, mechanically duplicated, illegible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. Entrants also agree that Sponsor Affiliates are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage to an entrant's or third person's computer related to or resulting from the Giveaway or its prizes. Sponsor Affiliates are not liable for damage to a user's computer system in any way due to an entrant's participation in the Giveaway or downloading any information in connection with the Giveaway, including without limitation any server failure, lost, delayed or corrupted data or other malfunction. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the Giveaway in the event that it becomes technically corrupted.
