What is the Helly Hansen Ski Free Program?
Helly Hansen’s Ski Free program works like this: Purchase a qualifying ski jacket, pant or suit from Helly Hansen’s latest ski collection (plus select styles from past seasons), and get a free day or another lift deal at a participating ski resort. There are technically a few different Ski Free offers to choose from depending on the resort, but we’ll cover that later.
Multiple resorts across North America and Europe take part, ranging from Mammoth Mountain Ski Area in California to Ski Geilo in Norway. See the full list on Helly Hansen’s Ski Free resorts page..
Do Helly Hansen Purchases From Sun & Ski Sports Qualify?
Absolutely! As long as the jacket or pant is on Helly Hansen’s qualifying list for this season, Helly Hansen purchases from Sun & Ski Sports count toward Ski Free. Just make sure your receipt shows the product name and purchase date.
How to Redeem Your Ski Pass
So, now that you stocked up on your latest Helly Hansen ski gear, how do you redeem your free ski pass? Make sure you have your receipt proving your purchase of the qualifying product, and then just fill out this form. As part of the form, you’ll be asked to select which resort you want to visit. Just make sure to review what’s being offered at each specific resort, because they do vary.
After filling out the form, you’ll receive an email with a link to your digital voucher, along with all the information you need about retrieving your Ski Free pass at the mountain.

Helly Hansen Ski Free FAQs
Do Helly Hansen Ski Suits Qualify for Ski Free?
They do! Ski suits qualify right along with ski jackets and pants from Helly Hansen’s latest collection. A handful of styles from past seasons count too. If you’ve got your eye on an older model, check Helly Hansen’s qualifying list first.
Which Resorts Take Part in Helly Hansen Ski Free?
There are a variety of resorts across North America and Europe. Each one picks its own offer and sets its own blackout dates, so look up your resort on Helly Hansen’s Ski Free resorts page before you book anything.
How Long Does It Take to Get My Ski Free Voucher?
Expect it in your inbox within 48 hours of sending in your receipt, Monday through Friday. The email has a link to your digital voucher and tells you where to pick up your pass. That’s usually the ticket office or the front desk.
Can One Purchase Get Me More Than One Free Lift Ticket?
Each qualifying product gets you one redemption. Picking up a new jacket and new ski pants? That’s two qualifying products.
Do I Have to Use My Ski Free Pass This Season?
Yep. Your receipt has to be redeemed during the same ski season you bought your gear. Opening and closing dates vary from resort to resort, so don’t wait until spring to plan your trip.
