Final assembly on all bike purchases MUST be done by a qualified bike technician. Failure to have the bike assembled by a qualified technician may void the warranty and could result in damage and/or injury if not assembled correctly. Please note that as an industry standard, some bikes might have minor cosmetic blemishes due to the nature of shipping. Report any part damage that affects the safety or ride-ability of your bike immediately upon receipt.

Ship-to-Store Only

Current year model bikes or those restricted by the manufacturer can only ship via the Ship-to-Store method to Sun & Ski bike shops. The qualified technicians at these stores will assemble your bike for free prior to pick-up. Sun & Ski Sports locations without bike departments are designated as NO BIKES in the drop down menu, these restricted bikes cannot ship to those stores.

Ship-to-Home or Store

Prior year and clearance bikes approved by the manufacturer are available to ship un-built to your US home or business address. All complete bikes are sold and delivered partially assembled. Final assembly MUST be done by a qualified bike technician. We recommend using the Ready2Ride option if you are not located near one of our approved bike stores.

Please Note: While approved SHIP TO HOME bikes can be shipped to our locations that do not have a bike department (designated as NO BIKES in the dropdown), these locations will not be able to provide any bike assembly or maintenance service. These NO BIKE stores can be used as alternate delivery destinations only. You will be required to have your bike professionally assembled at a local bike shop or utilize our Ready2Ride option.

Restricted Bike Orders

Some manufacturers limit the territory in which we are approved to sell their bikes. These bikes are limited to select Sun & Ski bike shops. The qualified technicians at these stores will assemble your bike for free. Please contact customer service if you have questions about placing a bike order with the RESTRICTED Ship-to-Store process.

Current restrictions include:

• Scott Bikes can ONLY be shipped to approved Sun & Ski bike stores in the following territories: Texas and Tennessee.
• Raleigh Bikes can ONLY be purchased IN-STORE at approved Sun & Ski bike stores. Please call your nearest retail location for availability.

Ready2Ride Pro Bike Build Shipping

With this service our qualified warehouse bike technicians will assemble your bike to warranty specifications and carefully repackage it for delivery. Due to packaging limitations and the size of some bikes, you may be required to complete some minor assembly. See the Ready2Ride option description for more information.
