For best results, measure over lightweight clothing using a soft measuring tape. Keep the tape snug but not tight.

1. Chest / Bust: Measure around the fullest part of the chest or bust, keeping the tape level across your back.
2. Sleeve Length: Using your best fitting shirt, measure from the shoulder seam down the outside of the sleeve to the end of the cuff or hem. For the most accurate measurement, lay the garment flat with the sleeve fully extended.
3. Waist: Measure around your natural waist, typically the narrowest part of your torso.
4. Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
5. Inseam: Using your best fitting pants, measure from the crotch seam down the inside of the leg to the bottom edge of the hem. For the most accurate measurement, lay the garment flat and measure along the inside leg seam.

Fit may vary by style. If you are between sizes or prefer a more relaxed fit, sizing up is recommended.
