The North Face Women's Merriwood Triclimate Snow Jacket boasts three different wardrobe combinations, designed specifically for weather that is all over the place. On a cool day the soft fleece inner liner can be worn on its own, and then as the weather gets worse the shell can be added for water proof protection. The shell has fully sealed seams and a 2-layer membrane to offer complete winter protection, blocking the snow as well as the wind. Alternatively, if you're going for a few laps on a warmer day, ditch the inner fleece and ride solo with just the shell.
