How Do I Return An Order?
Complete the Return Form or send back a copy of your Packing Slip.
Pack the item securely in the original packaging (include the tags if you still have them).
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. (Sorry, no COD deliveries.)
For your protection, we recommend that you use FedEx or Insured Parcel Post with tracking.
Keep a copy of the Return Tracking Number until your order payment has been credited to your account.

You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer defect or a shipping error on our part.
In addition to being able to return an item via FedEx/MAIL, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges at any Sun & Ski retail location.
How do I Exchange an Order?
In order to make an exchange, place a new order on our website. When your return arrives, we will issue a full refund, minus any shipping charges, to your credit card. After placing your exchange order, email email@example.com so we can remove your shipping costs.
