The story for 2008 is combo boots. The innovative Helix boot has been totally redesigned with an improved forward lean, new forefoot pull tab for easier in-water entry and wider profile to accommodate larger foot sizes. But the big news is the Helix boot comes standard on Excel combos. The Excel combos with their tunnel bottom design channel water and lend a solid platform for an oversized place to stand. Flex enhancing bars inside the skis get them to plane quickly and hold speed so they dont drag behind. Excels are a great pair of starter skis for everyone in the boat and with the addition of the improved Helix boots will blow the competition out of the water.
