Volcom brings the tech with its Artist Series Gigi Ruf Mens Snowboarding Jacket. A two-layer shell keeps water out while still allowing sweat to escape, and a dialed hood means you can actually look around when you need to pull the thing up in heavy weather. Volcom stacked the Gigi Ruf Jacket with enough pockets that police wont be able to find any contraband for lack of being able to adequately search the whole jacket.
