I bought this shoe for [$] Because I am not a gym-rat pro-athlete type I usually just get what is on sale and forget it for a few years. Additionally, I have flat feet and pronation issues so my foot is more difficult than most to fit for comfort and support. I have worn Asics for at least 10 years and the shoes this company makes are generally well-constructed and high-tech. Usually the shoes I get are bulkier (read Husky, leg-braces, square pegs, weird-science in theme) due to my foot issues - however, these shoes are very sleek without sacrificing support. WOW. I tried the shoes on for a lark because they were about 60 - 100 % more expensive than the other shoes I considered. The only mistake I made was not trying on the top-tier athletic shoes sooner. They cost more, but my feet are already thanking me and going to the gym is more a pleasure than a chore with excellent shoes like these on my feet. TRY THES SHOES ON. PAY THE PRICE. YOU WILL BE HAPPY.
