Great comfortable shoe right out of the box. Was a little worried about heel slipage but has not rubbed and as your feet swell during the day, it fits even better. Would not recommend for extreme plyometrics, but have done everything from everyday use, powerlifting exercises, hiking, and even a one mile tire drag and they felt great. Just slip it on and go.
