I bought this shoe four years ago and have worn them ever since. They have been durable and comfortable. I love this shoe!! To bad they did not have the blue and silver color my size, but the black will be great too.

I just started taking spinning classes (I usually ride a mountain bike) and decided to go for the shoes. I did research and read and read. I finally decided on these shoes. Although I was not used to the stiffness, soon I didn't even notice. These shoes are comfortable and make my classes more beneficial and enjoyable. I don't have to worry about my feet coming out of the cages and me toppling off the bike. My feet aren't tired and I get to work my quads and hams without fear!
They are breathable and my feet do not overheat. I haven't used them enough to know if they are durable, but I have high hopes! They seem to be constructed very well, and they look GREAT!
I did have to order one size up from my regular shoe size. Even so, I was a bit concerned that my toes would hit the ends of the shoes during class, but this is not the case. I say 1 size up only. You are not running or doing an activity that would cause your toes to slide forward.

good basic cycling shoe, now thats its winter they are great on the spinning bikes.
