No one has more fun on bikes than kids, and we've gone to great lengths to make sure they're even happier on their new Marin kid's bike. Learning to ride or trying to keep up with the parents is challenging enough, so why make it harder by giving them a heavy bike' Marin Kids bike use the same technology as the grown up bikes, offering lightweight aluminum frames. Fun colors and graphics make these bikes stand out from the rest. The Hidden Canyon will have all the neighborhood kids begging for a turn. Its frame features the same technology used in adult bikes including a bump-busting 20 inch wheels, Spinner Grind suspension fork with 50mm of travel and an easy-pedaling 14-speed drivetrain. The Hidden Canyon is built tough, for years of fun and adventure. (*Note Frame size: 12 inches)

Comments about Marin Marin Youth Hidden Canyon 20 Mtb Trail Bike 09:

We bought this for our 5 year-old son who lost his training wheels when he was 4. I wanted to get a multi-speed so we can ride together on some hilly streets and I could teach him proper use of gears. Poor kid, until this bike he had been subjugated to learning to ride on his sisters purple bike with flower decals. How degrading is that for such a cool boy???!!! Anyway, he could not have been more thrilled when he walked into the garage and saw this brushed silver awesome-looking bike. Bottom line, I shopped and shopped to compare components, frame design and features and the Marin Hidden Canyon wins HANDS DOWN. Possibly the weakest link on the bike might be the tires, but the wheels are sound and the brakes, derailleur, saddle and cassette are great.[...] The bike came 90% assembled and it took me less than 10 minutes to get it fully assembled and properly fit/adjusted for my son. In my opinion this bike beats the comparable bikes from Trek, Diamond Back and others.[...]
