I'm a first time user of Keo system, it's a little harder to clip in and out compared to the spd system I started with, but i feel like i'm getting more transfer than the spd. Cleats do wear out somewhat quickly. I searched high and low including [...], and Sun & Ski had the best price on the market for this combo. Their brick and mortar location could NOT even match the price! They told me to order it online to get the [$] combo price for the cleats w/cover!
