It is good to know that some companies care about their customers and recognize the value of service. Whem my roof rack arrived without bar end caps I called Yakima and got an immediate live person. He apologized for there error and Fed Exed them to me right away. No hassle. I wish other companies would be as responsive. I am now a Yakima enthusiast.
