The product does what it is supposed to do, however I found it difficut to remove the main rivet. Yakima requires the main rivet to be cut, and replaced. They show a pair of cutting pliers doing the job. I found it impossible to cut with the pliers therefore I used a dremel. Save yourself some time, and use a similar cutting tool for the job.
