These were bought for my 8 year old to play in the unending Chicago snow. He's very hard on pants & puts holes in the knees of everything. These were a replacement for another retailer's pants we bought just months earlier. While he didn't have months to crawl around on his knees in these pants while building snowforts, I'm hopeful these will last longer! :)
