8th Annual Spring Breakaway RideFebruary 26, 2012The 8th Annual Spring Breakaway ride is back for 2012! There will be many exciting routes for both the experienced and novice riders, including 28-, 36-, and 58-mile rides. These routes will take you past the beautiful rice fields of Katy, Texas and through the rustic scenery of far west Houston. With the MS150 around the corner, this is the perfect training ride to tune up those cycling skills. As a bonus, the first 500 registered riders will receive a T-Shirt! Riders will roll out at 8:00 AM in front of Sun & Ski Sports at the Katy Mills Mall. The Spring Breakaway ride benefits Southern Elite, a public Charity dedicated to identifying and developing talented young athletes in the sport of competitive bicycle racing. Registration InformationFees: $30 if postmarked by February 12th, $35 if after that date.
