Race ready, trail capable: The 2010 Marin Team CXR XT. The race-ready part comes from a full carbon frame with a stiff, oversized downtube and internal cable routing. The trail-capability comes from the 100mm-travel Fox Fork. The components selection is just as racy and versatile as the frame. An XT drivetrain and brakes with an XTR rear derailleur smoothly fires off the shifts and tempers your speed in the way that only Shimano can bring. Your wheels are comprised of Mavic rims with XT hubs, pretty much the standard for a solid, lightweight all-around wheelset. And, nice touches like the Shimano clipless pedals and the carbon FSA seatpost are really just icing on the cake. Awesome race bike for the money! Parts alone would cost more than the bike!
