“I am a newcomer to the road bike scene and I have been relying on the folks over at the Bay Area store to get me up to speed. I could not bring myself to make the investment in a new bike until I had a chance to see if it is something that I will enjoy. However, I have been over to the store to get the required apparel, helmet, bike rack, etc. The guys that I have worked with at the store have been very helpful. In fact, the day that I purchased my rack I was helped by one of the techs (I hate that I do not remember his name). I mentioned to him that I had my bike in the backseat of my car and I needed to get a rack that I could install quickly so that I could pick up my kids at daycare. He informed me that he was about to get off and if I wouldn’t mind waiting a few minutes, he would be happy to help. And HELP he did! He installed the entire thing without me even touching a part and I was grateful seeing that I was still dressed in my work attire...”
