The Brooks Men's Cascadia 8 Trail Running Shoes comes with significant updates over its predecessor, Cascadia 7, and is engineered for high mileage training and racing. The mid sole of the shoe is made of BioMoGo polymer alloy foam, which provides cushioning and a reduced foot fatigue. Ballistic Rock Shield hardened EVA plates in forefeet helps in protecting feet from sharp rocks. The trail shoe will do an even better job while navigating rocks, negotiating uneven terrain and mud-filled terrains. Air mesh uppers and lining in the shoe provides excellent ventilation and moisture management.
