Good for the price - Tricky to set up. October 29, 2014
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from NH
For the price, okay. Basic required functions, but no backlight. Big display. Seems accurate. Tricky to set up. Many 1* reviews on unit - because the provided instructions are BAD. Important points - transmitter must be aligned properly. Look for arrow at bottom. Easy to miss. I originally aligned magnet to middle of transmitter - so didn't work. Also - 1-2 mm clearance required. Battery in computer was low upon purchase (probably older unit). The computer battery is a CR2016 (NOT CR2032 as stated in manual). In addition, a small metal tab must be pried up so it is at edge of battery (not below). Pay attention to diagram INSIDE computer when replacing ... diagram in manual does NOT indicate tab. Originally I slipped the battery right in  - thinking it would be a straightforward drop-in. Silly me. Again ... didn't work until I figured out the diagram. Anyhoo ... seems to work now, although haven't ridden with it for long time - so no comment on durability.
