Whether you're on a racing team, training for the BP MS150 Ride or just learning how to ride a bike, Sun & Ski invites to you to attend its annual "Bike U," for free clinics, food, refreshments and more, January 25-26, 2013 from 6-9 p.m. at Sun & Ski, 6100 Westheimer Rd..
"Bike U" will feature cycling-specific clinics designed in helping you prepare for training, eating right, riding with more skill, and aiding you to graduate to more challenging events. Hands-on clinics include road maintenance, safety, training, general maintenance, women's specific, nutrition and MS150 preparation.
