Bike U Frisco - Free Cycling & Tri Clinics and Bike MS Sam’s Club Ride Training

Sun & Ski Sports is calling all cyclists! Whether you're on a racing team, training for the Bike MS Sam’s Club Ride or just learning how to ride a bike, Sun & Ski Sports invites to you to attend its annual "Bike U," for free clinics, food, refreshments and more, Friday, February 25, 2011 from 6-9 p.m. at Sun & Ski Sports, 2943 Preston Rd.

"Bike U" will feature cycling-specific clinics designed in helping you prepare for training, eating right, riding with more skill, and aiding you to graduate to more challenging events. Hands-on clinics include road maintenance, safety, training, general maintenance, women's specific, nutrition and Bike MS preparation.
