How does Ship-to-Store work?
Ship-to-Store is a service that offers free shipping for your online order to your local Sun & Ski Sports location. Big or small, all items available on sunandski.com qualify for Ship-to-Store. Get free shipping with Ship-to-Store by following these easy steps:
Add the products you want shipped to your cart.
Select "Ship-to-Store" from the drop down menu and click "Proceed to Checkout".
Enter your billing and shipping information as you normally would.
Under "Delivery Options", select the closest store to you in the drop down menu.
Click "Place Order" and you're all done.
We will send you an email when your order is ready for pickup.
Please Note: Ship-to-Store orders typically take between 5 - 15 business days (Monday - Friday) after your order is placed, depending on your destination store. Please see below for more delivery estimates.

We will send you an email notification when your order is ready to be picked up along with instructions on what you need to bring with you to the store.
Unfortunately, you are unable to change shipping methods once you have placed your order. If you do not pick up your order at the store within 18 days, your order will be automatically shipped to your billing address and standard shipping fees will be applied to your order.
We do not offer tracking for Ship-to-Store orders. However, we will email you once the order leaves our warehouse with an estimated arrival date. Orders typically take 5-15 business days after your order is placed. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed.
When you arrive at the store, proceed to the cash register at the front desk. You will need to bring a copy of the "Ready for Pickup" email along with the credit card used to place your order. If you are unable to print the email, write down your order number and carton ID and bring it to a store associate.

After you place your order, processing begins immediately. During processing time, it may be possible to cancel your order but this is not guaranteed. Once your order is shipped to the store, it cannot be canceled. Please call customer service at 866-786-3869 to see if you are able to cancel. If you are unable to cancel your order, you have 30 days for a refund and 90 days to exchange or get store credit. Please read our return and exchange policy for details.
Bike purchases require assembly and may take additional time before they can be picked up. After receiving the "Ready for Pickup" email, please call ahead to your store to confirm their status. For Skis and Snowboards that you want mounted, please bring your boots in with you when picking up your order. Ski Mounting and Snowboard Mounting are an additional fee but discounted when your original purchase is made with us.

Most orders typically ship within 1 - 3 business days (Monday - Friday) after your order has been placed. Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times may vary according to the shipping method you selected during checkout and the location of your shipping address.

Shipping Method & Rates
Depending on the item(s) you purchase on www.sunandski.com and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.
At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). (Please note, some items may offer only one shipping method.) Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
Generally, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (such as 2 Day Air or Next Day Air). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) CST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Domestic Orders
Domestic Shipping Methods:
Ground (normally 3 – 7 business days) Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-7 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
2 Day Air (normally 2 business days) Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via 2 Day Air service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Next Day Air (normally 1 business day) Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Next Day Air service . You can expect your order to arrive the next business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Gift Cards Shipped Separately Gift Cards are shipped separate from merchandise if both merchandise and gift cards are on the same purchase.
Domestic Shipping Rates
Shipping costs for orders placed on sunandski.com are based on the weight of the total order. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges appearing in your cart. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout.

Flat rate shipping applies to all items on sunandski.com with the exception of oversized and heavy items (Bikes, Canoes, Cargo Boxes, etc.). Orders being shipped to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska and APO address do not qualify for flat rate shipping.
FREE Ship-to-Store
FREE Ship-to-Store is available for all items on sunandski.com.
Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and APO Orders
These shipping zones do not qualify for the flat rate $4.95 shipping service. Depending on your location, you will most likely have shipping options made available from USPS through priority mail or express service.
Shipping bikes, canoes, rooftop boxes and other oversized or heavy items costs extra. Be sure to read special shipping information that appears on the product page, or on the purchase agreement page which you'll see when you place the item in your shopping cart.
Oversized & Heavy Items are not eligible for the flat rate $4.95 shipping. These select items are shipped in the U.S. by freight carrier at the best available rate. Please call 1-866-Sun-FunX (1-866-786-3869) or email Customer Support for shipping rates to your home.
At Sun & Ski Sports we want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase. However, we know it's sometimes necessary to return or exchange an item. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling costs or within 90 days for an exchange or online credit. For exchanges, the cost of ground shipping on your new item will be waived.
The item must be returned in NEW and UNUSED condition to ensure full credit.*

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Specialist within 30 days of delivery at 1-866-SUN-FUNX (1-866-786-3869). Please supply the Specialist with the order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail. The Specialist will also need your e-mail address and phone number. We will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. If you do not contact Customer Service, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.
If there is extensive damage to the carton, contact a Customer Service Specialist immediately at 1-866-SUN-FUNX (1-866-786-3869). Please have your order number available when you contact the Customer Service Specialist.
Returning an Oversized Item
We cover shipping charges on returned oversized items only if the item arrives at the designated shipping address defective or damaged. Please note that shipping charges can be expensive for oversized items.
Follow these steps to return an oversized item:
The item(s) must be unassembled and packaged securely. If possible, please package item(s) in original packaging.
Enclose original packing list with the return item(s).
Contact a Customer Service Specialist to receive instructions on arranging for a freight delivery company to pick-up your item(s). Please have your order number available when you call.
You must be home at the time of pick-up and the item(s) must be at the door for the freight.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase upon receiving. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer defect or our error.

Should you wish to return an electronic media product, you may return the product, unopened and within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping and handling charges.

Due to possible safety hazards, these types of climbing equipment may NOT be returned.
Returning or Exchanging an Item
Returns or Exchanges by Mail/UPS:
Complete the Return and Exchange form included in your shipment or download a Return and Exchange form.
Pack the item securely in the original packaging, if possible.
Return the item by using one of the labels included with your order's packing slip.
All products must be returned in new and unused condition, in original boxes (whenever) possible and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We can not accept C.O.D. deliveries. All refused packages are subject to restocking fees up to 15%.

Returns or Exchanges at our Stores:
In addition to being able to return or exchange an item via UPS/MAIL, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges at any Sun and Ski Sports retail location.
You may take the item, invoice and all the original packaging and accessories to the Customer Service counter at your local Sun and Ski Sports store. We will do our best to meet your needs with an exchange but, if that is not an option, we will issue a refund to you in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
International Shipping Now Available!
We have partnered with Bongo International Parcel and Mail Forwarding to service our international customers. Please visit their site to learn more about the international shipping process.

The following are list of brands that are excluded from international shipping based on the policies set by the manufacturers. If you attempt to place an order that is shipping outside the US, we will contact you and cancel the order.
