The 686 Men's Static 3-in-1 Jacket is a waterproof, breathable jacket with a detachable fleece shell that can be zipped-off the body. One may wear the liner with or without the fleece shell and may wear the fleece inner alone indoors. This makes it a 3-in-1 jacket.
