The K2 Women's Empress Skis are new to this year's Women Factory Team lineup. The Empress is a high-value women's park ski that features Jib Rocker. Built for the budding park skier the Empress is lightweight, easy to turn and utilizes cap construction for added durability.
The Empress has an elevated tip and tail with zero camber underfoot to offer the best blend of playfulness for butters and surface tricks combined with increased pop for unmatched ollie power. Built to be light, agile and forgiving with an 85mm waist, the K2 Empress is Cap constructed with Triaxial braided fiberglass around a Bioflex 2 wood core for added control, reduced swing weight, and added performance. Directional Taper offers a moderately wider tip than tail to maximize the ski's performance in the forward direction and makes a slightly different arc when skiing switch. Add on durable 3.5 mm steel edges that are far more resistant to cracking for a more durable, longer lasting ski.
